Alice Waters is one of the founders of the farm-to-table movement and her recipes are designed to showcase the flavors of foods when harvested at their prime.
This cookbook is for anyone not yet convinced how delicious and satisfying plants can be when cooked right. The author combines the most bright & fresh ingredients to making each recipe blow-your mind amazing. From this book, I learned the wonders of cooking with bunches of fresh herbs, literally. No more pinch here or there, I use the whole bunch and then some and never regret it!
