Watermelon Sports Drink
- 2 cups coconut water
- 6 cups cubed watermelon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Store in a mason jar for up to 1 week. Shake before consuming as watermelon will separate.
