Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl

ingredients

  • 1 cup packed fresh mint
  • 1 cup organic kefir
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 4 ice cubes

Top with:

  • chopped dark chocolate
  • cocoa nibs

preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Top as directed or as desired.
