Many of you have probably gotten a chance to try these little bite-sized wonders at one of our holiday events. If not, maybe you made a cookie-jar and gifted it to a friend. Or, you are just now discovering this cute, healthy, tasty and affordable last minute gift to throw together for those still on your list!
Whatever it may be, we wanted to share our recipe on the blog for you to use year around! We don't only get to treat ourselves around the holidays. The truth is, we deserve to eat food that tastes amazing and makes us feel good all year long. Having nourishing treats on hand, like these little cookies, can satisfy a craving when that sweet tooth comes out. Satisfying our wants and needs with wholesome ingredients will fuel our intentions for both our health and our overall happiness. No one should ever have to deprive themselves to achieve their goals!

Cookies In A Jar
In the jar:
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 ripe bananas
- Heat the oven to 350F.
- Mash bananas with a fork, then mix in jar ingredients until combined.
- Form 8 cookies on baking sheet and bake for 20 min.
NOTE: You can swap out the dried cranberries, chocolate chips and coconut for any other ingredients you like in your cookies to make it yours :)
