As Zest Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists, we are dedicated to helping women shed the guilt and overcome the struggle with food. We have learned that every overly-restrictive diet is accompanied by shame & defeat.
No woman deserves to go hungry. We give you permission to eat.
We ditch the food rules and instead offer a balanced, nourishing approach based on eating whole foods, getting active and enjoying life to the fullest.
With this whole foods approach, garnished with the right amount of rest & play, we can accomplish our health goals and truly love our bodies. This means we spend less time in our heads and more time in our hearts.

Anna and Megan, Registered Dietitians & Nutritionists, met at Oregon Health & Science University through the Healthy TEAM Healthy U work-site wellness program. They founded Eat With Zest because they recognized that busy, active women need simple, effective tools to energize their lives & nourish their bodies. Instead of starvation, beach body diets that fail time and again, Eat With Zest offers a realistic, nourishing approach. Anna and Megan believe in eating whole foods, most of the time, getting active, most days of the week, and enjoying each moment of our lives.
Anna Bohnengel, MS, RDN, LDN
Drawing from a diverse academic and professional background, Anna offers a compassionate, yet realistic approach to nutrition coaching. Trained at the National Institutes of Health, she has years of experience helping women make their health goals a reality. She throws dogmatic meal plans out the window and instead recognizes that the path to optimal health includes rest and fun too! She uses a fresh, innovative, results-driven approach to help women find their healthiest, happiest self.
When not at Zest, Anna is the nutrition manager in the Division of Health Promotion and Sports Medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University. Specializing in workplace wellness, weight management, sports nutrition, and health promotion, her role involves nutrition counseling, recipe development, health science writing, cooking demos, and curriculum development.
In her personal life, as a runner, biker, and fitness enthusiast, Anna seriously appreciates a good meal (and several snacks) to fuel her activity. Her healthy appetite spurs her love of trying new recipes and restaurants.
MEGAN LANDRUM, RDN, LDN, CPT
Megan developed an interest in nutrition out of a love for food and an active lifestyle. Educated at Oregon Health & Science University, Megan started her career at OHSU's Doernbecher Children's Hospital where she specialized in the nutritional management of adolescent eating disorders, childhood obesity, new onset diabetes and the ketogenic diet for epilepsy. She will tell you there is nothing more rewarding than helping families find strategies to live healthier, more meaningful lives.
Megan is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a Certified Spin Instructor. She has a love for endurance sports and in 2011 completed a 140.6 Ironman triathlon!
Through her personal and professional experiences, Megan has truly learned what it takes to fuel for activity as well as a balanced lifestyle. She deeply understands the role food can play in women's lives and how a solid nutritional foundation can often be the missing component to finding our happiest, most confident selves.
